A family story
Our roots, our passions, our home.
Behind Casa Forlino there is a family, a story made of memories, traditions, and a love for hospitality. A deep connection with our origins that, over time, has taken us to distant places without ever letting us forget what truly matters: the warmth of home, the pleasure of being together, and the beauty of authentic things.
Osvaldo grew up in this place, immersed in village life and the simple rhythms of everyday living. As a child, he helped his mother in the vegetable garden, took care of the goats, and learned to bake bread in the wood-fired oven. Simple gestures, but rich in meaning, that have left a deep imprint on his way of living and his relationship with tradition. His grandmother also helped preserve this family heritage, bringing her passion for cooking to the celebrations and weddings of nearby villages.
Our roots tell who we are, hospitality allows us to share our story.
The return to the origins
After 25 years spent in Singapore, returning to my roots was an opportunity to rediscover these memories and give them new life. From this came the desire to transform the family home into a place capable of welcoming, telling, and sharing. A project that combines the charm of history with the desire to open the doors of our world to those who wish to discover it.
Today Casa Forlino represents all this
Our roots, the passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the pleasure of making every guest feel part of the home. We believe that true hospitality is born from small gestures, from a shared table, and from a sincere welcome. For this reason, every day we put a bit of ourselves into what we do, with the desire to offer every guest an authentic, personal, and meaningful experience.
